Senior Dental Nurse,Permanent, Full Time

Hours: 37.5 hours, 5 days per week

Base: Suite A and D Old Court Buildings, Whapload Road, Lowestoft, NR32 1UR

Salary: £28,407 - £34,581 per annum

We are looking for an experienced, qualified Senior Dental Nurse to run the dental clinic in Siskin Dental Centre but with the need to oversee the clinics throughout Norfolk & Waveney and to support the Senior Management Team.

As the post holder will be expected to provide support to all clinics across Norfolk & Waveney, the ability to visit all bases in the county is essential.

Main duties of the job

As Senior Dental Nurse you will take the clinical and managerial lead of dental nurses, including rostering, recruitment, training and development reviews. The job role will also include knowledge of dental claims and you will undertake dental nursing and reception duties within your job role.

You will need good organisational skills, plenty of common sense and good oral and written communication skills. Certificates in Dental Radiography and Conscious Sedation would be an advantage.

The post holder will support the Senior Management Team in fulfilling their clinical governance responsibilities for Norfolk & Waveney by ensuring compliance to the clinical governance programme.
