We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Administration Officer to join our team. In this varied role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support across the organisation, helping to ensure smooth service delivery and effective coordination of business support functions. You will manage key systems, produce performance reports, assist with compliance and business continuity activities, and support internal projects and communications. This

Main duties of the job

* To organise meetings and events, prepare committee papers and minute take as and when required managed to specify deadlines. * Respond to telephone inquiries providing outstanding customer care and escalating calls where appropriate. * To undertake reception duties at MHMs Head Office. * To support the delivery of MHM's performance reporting and annual internal audit schedule by requesting and collating data and producing reports. * To support services to implement and improve performance reporting to meet business need. * To produce and circulate monthly and quarterly reports as per MHMs reporting cycle. * Support the team in raising purchase orders that fall within the department's budget. * To support the Business Support Team to complete accreditation applications by collecting and collating data/information and coordinating related activities * To maintain key systems that fall within the Business Support function. Examples include lone working devices, NHS mail, MHMs Risk Management platform Cardinus, mobile phones, as well as any new systems that are introduced. This will involve creating and managing accounts, allocating and distributing equipment, regularly downloading and circulating usage reports and monthly meetings with managers * Respond to organisational inquiries through a number of Business Support inboxes. * Contributes to identifying their own continued professional development opportunities.

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent qualification) in relevant subject. GCSE Grade C/4 or above in IT; English Language and Mathematics
