Job summary
The successful candidate will work alongside the Step 2 Team to ensure that the needs of the clients NHS Sefton Talking Therapies services are being met. You must be a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and be able to provide evidence of working with people who have experienced a mental health problem within a Talking Therapies service. You will also be able to demonstrate an understanding of anxiety and depression and how it may present in Primary Care.
Main duties of the job
Provide a service that is flexible, as far as possible, to meet the demands of the client. Have the ability to offer evidence-based practice in facilitated self-help and group work Promote and contribute to the development and maintenance of a healthy therapeutic culture within the service amongst colleagues and the people who use the service.
