Job summary
Working with MHM's successful and dedicated People and Organisational Development Team, you will work alongside a small team of People Advisors and People Business Partners in the delivery of proactive people activity. Main duties of the job
Working with MHM's successful and dedicated People and Organisational Development Team, you will work alongside a small team of People Advisors and People Business Partners in the delivery of proactive people activity. We are hugely proud of the work our services deliver and the impact our colleagues make to people's lives, and everything we do as a People Team is with the people who access our services in mind. MHM have recently been awarded Investors in People Silver, specifically for the delivery of programme over the last 2 years which has helped drive a new culture and ways of working with MHM. It is a really exciting to join the team and be part of embedding these new ways of working. We are seeking someone to support our colleagues and management community in providing an efficient, effective, and customer-oriented people service in a truly generalist role. You will also support with all aspects of the employee life cycle, with a focus on employee relations activity, TUPE processes, redundancy and change management processes, attendance management, and performance management. In addition, there is significant scope to be involved in a variety of People Projects including; delivery of our Management Development Programme, IiP project, Wellbeing programme, and systems implementation project. We also actively encourage participation in our professional networks which include EDI and Sustainability committees.
