Job summary

Main duties of the job

We are seeking a qualified and motivated High Intensity Psychological Therapist to join our team in a clinical leadership role. You will oversee the clinical aspects of our qualified and trainee High Intensity provision. Our team includes therapists qualified in CBT, IPT, DIT, Counselling for Depression, EMDR and Couple's Therapy for Depression. You will provide appropriate clinical supervision and support the development of best practice at Step 3 and within the wider service. This is an ideal opportunity for someone wishing to step into a clinical leadership role or enhance their skills in clinical leadership. An uplift in wage will also be considered for those not already at the top of banding to reflect the leadership responsibilities of this role.   • Ability to manage own time
