Job summary

Hours: Part-Time 18.75 Hours per week

(Upon completing your probationary period, you will be eligible to join the 4 Day Week program, which allows you to work 20% fewer hours without a decrease in salary)

Salary: £24,570 per annum pro rata

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a part-time receptionist to join our busy clinic. If you're confident handling calls, booking appointments, and creating a welcoming environment for patients, we’d love to hear from you. 

To provide reception, referral, and information to clients in a flexible, respectful and non-judgemental manner, including referring to others, and answering queries; keeping up-to-date records and files; using IT systems and word-processing as appropriate.  

 

Essential criteria

Previous receptionist or administrative experience 

Experience of electronic patient booking and record systems, (Idox Lilie or similar)

Experience of telephone work, for example managing and directing incoming calls and supporting clients over the phone
