Job summary

Hours: Part-Time 29 hours per week, which comprises:

Tuesday 11:00 - 16:30

Wednesday 11:15 - 18:15

Thursday 11:15 - 18:15

Friday 11:15 - 18:15

Saturday 11:00 - 15:00

(Upon completing your probationary period, you will be eligible to join the 4 Day Week program, which allows you to work 20% fewer hours without a decrease in salary)

Contract: Permanent 

Location: Euston, London

Salary: £23,400 per annum pro rata plus LWA

Essential criteria

- Experience of working as a Receptionist and Administrator, preferably in the health and/or young person's sector

To provide reception, referral, and information to clients in a flexible, respectful and non-judgemental manner, including referring to others, and answering queries; keeping up-to-date records and files; using IT systems and word-processing as appropriate.
