Job summary
The post holder will provide effective, and comprehensive administrative support to the Clinical Governance & Quality Team. This will include compiling reports, managing commitments, and proactively dealing with day-to-day tasks.
Main duties of the job
The post holder needs to ensure they
are aware of the extensive team responsibilities, with flexibility, initiative,
and enthusiasm. They will need to work
both autonomously, and as part of the team.

Responsible for the administrative and clerical
support, including running and distributing reports and independently actioning
documents.
Assist in the implementation and development of
the quality processes.
Manage
and supervise on a day-to-day basis the needs of the clinical governance and
quality team.
Training
in the relevant company software will be provided.
The
ability to manage workload and team expectations, the post holder will be
expected to work both as part of a team and independently.
Preparing accurate materials including Excel
spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and reports.
Responsibility for ensuring that deadlines are
met, with regards to a variety of internal and external reports, which will
include information gathering and collation of sensitive material, as required.
Maintain confidentiality at all times,
particularly in relation to complaints, patient related issues and sensitive
email correspondence.
