Hope House Children’s Hospices have an opportunity for a Hospitality Manager to join our team based in Oswestry.  You will join us on a permanent full-time, permanent basis.  In return, our Hospitality Manager will receive a competitive salary of £36,167 to £40,937 per annum (dependant on experience).

Main duties of the job

About the Hospitality Manager role:

Your role as Hospitality Manager will be to manage and ensure the efficient running of the hospice’s hospitality services, promoting a welcoming and homely environment for families and children. Ensuring the proficient delivery of leadership for the catering and housekeeping teams at both sites.

In conjunction with the team leaders, you will be responsible for keeping our catering and housekeeping departments running smoothly for the benefit of our clients and staff.

You will be a reliable individual with high professional standards and capable of quickly integrating into the hospitality and care team. You will be flexible in your approach to working hours. A people person who can manage the requirements of a small team of cooks and housekeepers.

  • Food hygiene level 2 certificate or equivalent
  • Hospitality qualification NVQ , BTEC, Diploma or Degree
  • Valid driving licence
