Job summary
You will be joining a multi-professional team committed to delivering high standards of care to people living with life shortening conditions. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of palliative care and a desire to work in a caring environment, supported by previous relevant experience to enable you to provide nursing care to inpatients.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will support the Registered Nurses in providing evidence based, individualized specialist palliative nursing care to inpatients adhering to statutory regulations and Hospice policies.
