Job summary
This is an important position, most often being the first person that patients have contact with either by phone or face to face.
You will need to be calm under pressure, able to manage competing demands and a team player.
Good customer service or previous General Practice experience would definitely be an advantage.

- Promoting services available in the practice
- Signposting
- Appropriate admin work
