sites, it is a very successful practice offering a range of services to
population of 25,000. We are seeking an experienced
Business Manager to lead our team. Our aim is to provide the highest possible
standard of care support and we would like an individual to work along side our
7 Partners to achieve this aim. We are
part of Our Health Partnership, the UK's biggest GP Partnership.
The person we are looking for will have significant experience at a
senior level and be able to show successful strategic insight and evidence of
working along side senior colleagues

our Partners and work with our two experienced Practice Managers. We have leads to support the daily operations

the GP Partners, to manage and coordinate all aspects of managing the practice,
motivating and managing staff, optimising efficiency and financial performance,
ensuring the practice is compliant with all NHSE and CQC regulations and

- To ensure that the Practice is
always delivering to the highest standard always ready for CQC
- To support a culture that is focussed on the delivery of very high standards of patient care
- To act as the Business lead for
all aspects of the building side of the business
- To ensure the profitability and
efficiency of the Partnership, in line with, NHS and legislative guidelines
- To provide strategic input to the
practice to ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient service at all
times whilst maximising profitability.
- To provide day-to-day management
of the practice management teams.
- Liaison with the wider Health
Partners (ICS) and other agencies whilst seeking to enhance opportunities for
business development.
- To ensure compliance with current
Health and Safety legislation.
- To successfully manage the
expectations of all business stakeholders whilst achieving mutually agreed
outcomes.
- To act as a key management link in the
PCN and interactions with other PCNs and OHP
- Overseeing
the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring staff achieve their primary
responsibilities.

of all clinical and administrative staff
