Main duties of the job
The Role:
This post is offered on a full time,permanentbasis, working 37.5 hours per week. Hours worked four shifts per week, over seven days on a rota basis, three shifts working 9.5 hours and one shift working 9 hours. We operate a 365 day service and offer pay enhancements for unsociable hours and weekend working.
Please note, the successful candidate will be an essential car user, therefore candidates must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Do you bring confidence, resilience and a compassionate approach?
We are seeking apassionate leader with sound knowledge of end of life care with confidence in care planning and individual assessments. If you have computer literacy and experience teaching and developing others we would love to hear from you!
