Main duties of the job

Were seeking enthusiastic, caring and compassionate individuals to join our hospice team working on our wards in Crawley.This post is offered on a Bank basis, working adhoc hours as and when required. If you are an experienced care worker, seeking flexible, ad hoc work this role would be great for you!

- A good standard of Education, Minimum GCSE English & Maths or equivalent
- Registered Nurse qualification
Desirable
- Evidence of professional development in the speciality of palliative care

- Mentorship qualification
- Independent Prescriber
Experience
Essential
- Ability to plan, implement and evaluate care

- Some post qualification experience (at least 3 months), general nursing experience
- Previous palliative care experience
