The successful candidate will be a talented Leader, supporting the team in the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective Housekeeping & in-house laundry service.Your leadership & communication skills, will lead your team of Assistant Housekeepers ensuring patient & family requirements are met with care and compassion. Supporting our team of Nurses, bringing knowledge of Infection Prevention and Control. High quality presentation and superb attention to detail are key features of this role.

  • H&SAW, COSHH, Housekeeping
  • standards
  • Youve got great organisational skills
  • Your customer service skills will be
  • outstanding.
  • You will have strong interpersonal skills
  • with the ability to communicate
  • effectively at all levels.
  • You will good motivational skills with the
  • ability to engage and empathise with
  • others
  • You will have the ability to work to
  • deadlines and under pressure.
  • You will have the skills and experience to
  • work independently with minimum
  • supervision and as part of a team.
  • You will have a high standard of
  • presentation in the work place.
  • Your attention to detail and a strong
  • motivation to maintain high standards
  • must be demonstrated.
  • Youll be able to confidently use online
  • ordering systems/check and send
  • emails.

Desirable

  • You will have previous experience of
  • working within a Housekeeping sector.
  • You may have use excel and word
  • program if so that would be great. If not
  • we can support with this, you do need to
