Experience

Essential

• Youll have experience of staff
• supervision.
• Youll have experience of working to
• H&SAW, COSHH, Housekeeping
• standards
• Youve got great organisational skills
• Your customer service skills will be
• outstanding.
• You will have strong interpersonal skills
• with the ability to communicate
• effectively at all levels.
• You will good motivational skills with the
• ability to engage and empathise with
• others
• You will have the ability to work to
• deadlines and under pressure.
• You will have the skills and experience to
• work independently with minimum
• supervision and as part of a team.
• You will have a high standard of
• presentation in the work place.
• Your attention to detail and a strong
• motivation to maintain high standards
• must be demonstrated.
• Youll be able to confidently use online
• ordering systems/check and send
• emails.

Desirable

• You will have previous experience of
• working within a Housekeeping sector.
• You may have use excel and word
• program if so that would be great. If not
• we can support with this, you do need to
• be willing to learn.
• You may have experience of
• communicating effectively in difficult
• situations.

Qualifications

Essential

• Your career so far will have given you
• demonstrable housekeeping skills and
• team leadership.
• Your career and education so far will
• mean that you are a confident and skilled
• communicator

Desirable

• You might have a formal Housekeeping
• qualification
• It would be great if you have trained in
• team leadership

• about supporting people facing death
• and loss. Whether you have
• experienced bereavement or not, we

• with the right words to say to people,

• skills.

• delivers care and have experience of
• working with teams who deliver care.
