Person Specification

Experience

Essential

  • Confident in using a HR and ATS system
  • Experience of working in an HR transactional environment
  • Previous experience of administration related to contractual changes and payroll
  • Experience of full recruitment process
  • Expert in using Microsoft office packages and an HR database
  • Sound understanding of employment law and ACAS codes of practice
  • Excellent organisational, administrative, planning and time management skills
  • Ability to update and maintain databases
  • Ability to report on income and expenditure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solver and flexible creative thinker
  • Self reliant and able to take initiative
  • Ability to manage a variety of tasks concurrently
  • Ability to demonstrate a flexible approach to managing and prioritising a high workload and multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail including proof reading
  • Experience of proactively addressing issues

  • Experience of working within Health or Charity sectors
