Main duties of the job
We are looking for an enthusiastic Fundraising Assistant to join our Individual Giving team.
The role of the Individual Giving Assistant is to work closely with and provide support to the Individual Giving Fundraising team.You will assist on a number of projects, with the main focus to assist on In Memory Fundraising.

- Demonstrable experience of donor or customer care with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
- Approachable with excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.
- Excellent organisational, administrative, planning and time management skills.
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work on own initiative.
- Resilience and ability to work calmly under pressure and deliver results to a high standard.
- Problem solver and flexible creative thinker.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to deal sensitively with patients, carers and supporters.
