Main duties of the job
The Learning, Education and Development Administrator will work as
part of the Learning, Education and Development (LED) team and wider People
Team contributing to the development, delivery and evaluation of education,
development and training supporting St Catherines (StCH) vision and mission to
provide an excellent standard of palliative care.
The Learning, Education and Development Administrator role will
work collaboratively with our teams to ensure all our employees have a
proactive approach to their own and others continuous professional development.
This post is offered on a part time basis, working 24 hours per week,
worked on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8.30am-5pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
About us
We are located in Malthouse Road, Crawley, West Sussex, which is within
commuting distance from Brighton and London and just a 5-minute walk from
Crawley railway station. In Autumn of 2023
we will be relocating to Pease Pottage where this role will then be based.

- Ability to update and maintain databases.
- Ability to report.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem solver and flexible creative thinker.
- Self reliant and able to take initiative
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks concurrently.

- Competent in use of a Learning Management system
Qualifications

- Good standard of education with GCSE to grade C or equivalent minimum in English and Maths.
- Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) appropriate to the level and scope of the role.

- Educated to A level or above (degree level) in a relevant subject (English; CIPD)
