Can you supporting the team in the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective Housekeeping & in-house laundry service?

Do you have strong leadership & communication skills?

Can you lead a team of Assistant Housekeepers ensuring patient & family requirements are met with care and compassion?

Do you value high quality presentation and superb attention with expert knowledge of infection, prevention and control?

Experience

Essential

  • Experience of staff supervision.
  • Experience of working to H&SAW, COSHH, Housekeeping standards.

Desirable

  • Previous experience of working within a Housekeeping sector.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Demonstrable housekeeping skills and team leadership.

Desirable

  • Formal Housekeeping qualification
  • Trained in team leadership

Attitude and Behaviours

Essential

  • Flexible attitude to working hours, covering absence and holidays, including bank holidays, evening and weekend working.
  • Demonstrates commitment to St Catherine's vision and values.
