As part of thisrole, you will support young people in their daily lives, enabling them to be the best they can be and to achieve the best out of life. You will achieve this by creating supportive, positive, and trust-basedrelationships. This will enable our young people to find out what is important to them. You will work as part oftheCommunity and Family Support Services team and will be responsible for managing a caseload of young people aged 13-19 across various locations within the 6 counties of the catchment area.
This role is offered on a part time, permanent basis,working 22.5 hours per week. The advert will close on 30th July 2023; interviews will take place on 10th August 2023.

Main duties of the job
Your extensive knowledge in youth and transition work will enable you to offerinformation, advice, signposting, and referals where appropriate, and undertake youth work activities in various settings. If you're an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, we would love to hear from you!
