Main duties of the job

Are you ready to lead a passionate, dedicated team and make a real difference? We have an exciting opportunity to join St Gemmas Hospice in the post of Family Support Manager. The role involves managing and leading a team of Social Workers, the Bereavement Service, Young Peoples Bereavement Service and the Spiritual Care Team. You will role model the St Gemmas values and behaviour framework and be warm, approachable and a compassionate leader.
