We have a fantastic opportunity to work withinour outstanding team as a registered nurse in ourspecialist palliative care unit.
We are looking to strengthen our team caring for palliative patients with complex needs. You will be able to utiliseand developyour existing skills.
Working with senior staff, you will be expected to role model the St Gemmas values and behaviour framework.
Main duties of the job
As a Registered Nurse you will be expected to:
Care for a team of patients to an exceptional standard of care, with a 1:5 ratio
Use your strongcommunication skills to interact with patients and families alike
Be prepared to work in a busy and emotive environment
Work in a strong and vibrant multi-disciplinary team
Internal rotation from days to nights

About us
St Gemmas Hospice is a Leeds-based charity providing expert care and support for local people with life-limiting and terminal illnesses. We offer care to patients and their carers in the Hospices In-Patient Unit, through the St Gemmas community team, and via our day services, which include a Day Hospice and Out-Patient Department.
