Were looking for an HR Business Partner who can bring energy, curiosity, and commitment to our growing team. You will be:

Main duties of the job

The HR Business Partner is responsible for supporting managers, employees and direct reports in the ensuring processes and practices support Cornwall Hospice Care (the Charity) in achieving the strategic objectives.

Working across the Charity, the HR Business Partner works in collaboration with managers, providing guidance and coaching for the development of the leadership skills across the Charity. The HR Business Partner is the primary contact point for industrial relations matters and supports line managers on restructures, performance management, long-term sickness and other such areas.

Responsible for the line management of the HR Officer and HR Administrator, the HR Business Partner fosters a strong customer service ethos in the team, to provide a professional, responsive level of service to managers and employees.
