Main duties of the job
To assist the Senior Development Manager to develop and
deliver high-quality training, advice and guidance to Internal
and external organisations
To develop, line manage and supervise Generis training staff
to ensure high quality training provision to internal and
external learners.

- - Level 3 Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement or equivalent.
- - Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice or equivalent
- - Level 3 Tackling Substance Misuse or equivalent

- - Relevant experience in the substance misuse field
- - Knowledge of substances and their effects
- - A knowledge and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and/or vulnerable adults
- - Knowledge of delivery on virtual platforms e.g., MS Teams, Zoom
- - Supervisory experience

- - Experience in dealing with challenging learners
- - Understanding of issues facing substance misusers
