Job summary
The Clinical Services & Rota Workforce Administrator
Apprentice will provide administrative support to the team, contributing to the
smooth running of Nimbuscare services.
The postholder will be organised, a team player,
enthusiastic and display a willingness to learn.
This role contributes to the effective running of
multiple services.
Alongside this full-time administrative role, you
will be enrolled onto the Business Apprenticeship Programme at York College and will be
expected to study and complete assignments to achieve a recognised Level 3
Business Administration qualification. The apprenticeship will include the
expectation to complete the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
within a 18- month timeframe which includes an end point assessment.
You are expected to start on 1 September 2025.
This apprenticeship is only open to UK residents who have lived in the UK continuously for more than three years and will remain in the country for the full duration of the programme.
There is no sponsorship for this role.

Main duties of the job
Provide general administrative support across various teams, including tasks on SystmOne, handling calls and appointments, managing data and documents, supporting staff compliance processes, assisting with locum invoice processing, and coordinating with the Clinical Services and Workforce teams.

Provide administrative support undertaking basic tasks on SystmOne, answering telephone calls, booking/cancelling patient appointments and answering queries.
Computer data entry/data allocation and collation; processing and recording information.
Filing and retrieving paperwork both manually and electronically.
Supporting the workforce team with collating compliance for all staff including clinical teams.
Support with the processing of invoices for Locums, providing the relevant information to the finance team.
