Job summary
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the clinical rotas are filled across the multiple clinical services within Nimbuscare
The post holder will work with the Operational Services Senior Service Lead and to ensure there is adequate clinical cover across the services being delivered.
The post holder will be expected to work accurately and under pressure and will have the ability to multitask and resolve problems which may arise at short notice, for example on the day sickness absence.
The post holder will be the first point of contact for all clinical staff and Nimbuscare member practices.
Main duties of the job
To be a main point of contact for rota queries,logins, smartcards, and uniform.
To coordinate new starter inductions
To work proactively to ensure the rotas are filled across all Nimbuscare services.
To identify workforce gaps, acting on planned and unplanned absence to ensure service delivery is maintained and escalations are made where necessary.
To work with registered agencies where necessary to source clinicians.
To liaise with the Operational Services Senior Service Lead to ensure that rotas are reflective of service delivery requirements of contracts.
To identify and highlight opportunities to make improvements to the clinical and non-clinical rotas that will improve service delivery.
To utilise our clinical rota system (Rota master) including supporting staff with set up, shift booking and responding to queries as required
To contribute to the maintenance of clinical staff compliance records, working with the clinicians to ensure they are fully compliant to work in our services
To build and maintain effective relationships with all staff and work as part of a team
To coordinate invoicing and deal with invoice queries and support payrollfrom a rota perspective
To ensure accurate and up to date records of annual leave and absence are recorded
To work with HR and Recruitment when required on general queries, onboarding and compliance

We also provide community-based frailty care, which focuses on treating people in the community where we can. We also aim to shift services into the community where possible, for example our community diagnostic centres run in partnership with the Acute Trust.
