Were looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Food & Beverage Manager to set standards, shape a high-end catering offer and establish a consistent brand experience for our patients, visitors and staff. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our new cafe and oversee both front- and back-of-house operations, helping to elevate our service across both hospice sites.

The successful candidate will be subject to a DBS Check at the level appropriate to the role, the cost of which is covered by the hospice. Any post holder within the organisation will be expected to undertake safeguarding training appropriate to their role and adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures. All staff must work in accordance with their statutory roles and responsibilities in relation to safeguarding in accordance with the Working Together to Safeguarding Children 2023, The Care Act 2014, and Prevent Duty 2015.

Main duties of the job
The role oversees menu development, team leadership, and service standards to ensure consistency and excellence in every interaction. Working collaboratively with clinical teams, facilities, and event coordinators, the Food and Beverage Manager ensures compliance with food safety standards and health and safety legislation, manages budgets and resources effectively, and drives continuous improvement to create a distinctive, high-quality experience for all who use the service.
