Main duties of the job

Provide a courteous, professional and caring first impression of St Anns Hospice.

Meet and greet patients and visitors into the hospice and deal with enquiries in an efficient, polite and courteous manner providing a caring, considerate service to everyone.

Answer telephone queries and take messages where appropriate, transfer calls and direct visitors to the correct location.

About us

Contract: We are pleased to be able to offer this post as a part-time permanent position.

Salary: St Anns Band 2 £22,893 - £24,397 pro rata, per annum Competency Based Framework

Working pattern: 13.5 hours per week.

3 x 4.5 hour shifts p/week . Mon (am), Tue (am) and Fri (pm)

Based at: Heald Green
