Main duties of the job
- To provide a courteous, professional and caring first impression of St Anns Hospice.
- Meet and greet patients and visitors into the Hospice and to deal with enquiries in an efficient, polite and courteous manner providing a caring, considerate service to everyone.
- Answer telephone queries and take messages where appropriate, transfer calls and direct visitors to correct location.

Contract: We are pleased to be able to offer this post as a Bank position.
Salary: St Anns Band 2, £11.48 per hour
Working pattern: Bank (Flexible) Enhancements of between 30% and 60% for weekend, bank holidays, unsocial hours.
Based at: Heald Green with some shifts available at Little Hulton when required.
