Job summary
The post holder will be part of a small friendly and
professional support team that are responsible for providing administrative
support to staff in the organisation, which provides primary mental health care
to patients in the Salford area.
This role is part-time, 31 hours per week, worked over 4 days(Mondays,
Thursdays, and Fridays are compulsory). Please note, the salary for this role is due to rise to £12.31 per hour in line with the agenda for change salary banding scale.
Main duties of the job
Some of the responsibilities will include providing a
positive service and experience as the first point of contact for the
organisation, managing the telephone system, patient case management system as
well as the storage and filing system for Patient and Employee Records
Management amongst other administrative and general office duties.

- Sound experience within an administrative role
- Experience of working in an office environment providing general office duties i.e. filing, call taking, scanning, note taking etc.
- Previous record and diary management experience.
- Great Organisational skills.
- Responsible for Outgoing and incoming patient calls showing compassion, empathy, patience and respect.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills including an excellent telephone manner.
- Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- To work flexibly in support of the organisation.
- Demonstrate a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Able to communicate at all levels.
Desirable
- Experience within Healthcare or a customer support environment is desirable.
