Main duties of the job

What Youll Be Doing

  • Supporting patients with dignity, compassion and respect throughout their perioperative pathway
  • Assisting with preparation, transfers and safe patient handling within theatres
  • Taking part in routine clinical tasks such as basic observations, documentation, and equipment preparation
  • Supporting the theatre team during procedures in a circulating role
  • Ensuring high standards of infection prevention and control
  • Escorting patients and assisting with administrative duties as required
  • Reporting changes in patient condition to Registered Nurses or ODPs
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to safe, effective teamwork

Salary: From £24,102.00 per annum (dependant on experience and relevant qualifications).
