Main duties of the job
As our Theatre Manager, youll be the driving force behind a motivated, compassionate and skilled theatre team. Your leadership will directly influence patient experience, staff wellbeing and the continued clinical excellence were proud of.
What Youll Do
- Lead, inspire and develop a talented theatre team.
- Maintain exceptional clinical standards and uphold our Outstanding CQC rating.
- Ensure safe, seamless and highquality patient care.
- Oversee staffing, resources and theatre operations effectively.
- Drive service improvements and champion a positive safety culture.
- Work collaboratively with other clinical teams to deliver outstanding patient pathways.
- Support recruitment, staff development and performance management.
- Use your clinical expertise to mentor and guide best practice.

Work Pattern: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £71,077.50 per annum (Experience Dependant)

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencing employment. As such, we will not be accepting any visa sponsorships for this role, and candidates must be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK independently, without sponsorship from Horder Healthcare.
