Job summary

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time, permanent Senior Registered Nurse based at The Horder Centre, Crowborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress within the nursing career.  

Main duties of the job

To demonstrate good clinical practice at all times and to be accountable for own actions

Prioritising workloads and directing staff accordingly

Deputise for Sister, providing management and leadership in her absence

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, based on individual patient and family needs

Evaluate quality standards and have an active involvement in Clinical Governance including Auditing, implementing and monitoring change according to results

Support and act as role model for junior staff, promoting a learning environment

Respect and ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

To maintain accurate records of patient care
