WithYou in Redcar and Cleveland is a free and confidential service for people affected by drugs and alcohol. The service is part of the THRIVE partnership, an integrated substance use, domestic abuse and education/recovery support service.You will be working within a highly skilled and knowledgeable multi-disciplinary team - find out more about the service here.

Job Opportunity
Our Team Leaders play a vital role in our services, including:
Supporting the management team in the delivery of the contracted service, leading on an area of specialismPositively promoting the service and WithYou to external stakeholdersDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with ITS & Harbour (THRIVE partners)Managing the staff within the service to ensure that they are well informed, inspired and engaged with WithYou's strategic objectives
This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities and intervention delivery and will be required to work across all local hubs. It is essential you are able to develop open working relationships to ensure staff operate in line with our values and work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partner organisations.
This is a full time (37.5 hours per week), permanent contract however part time hours may be considered.
As a Team Leader, we offer a starting salary of £30,000, rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, to £36,000 per year. For further details please reach out to a member of the recruitment team via .
