Main duties of the job
As a Training and Participation Lead in our Lancashire Young People's service, you will build and maintain community relationships and support our teams and peer mentors to build connections with diverse communities. Our Training and Participation Lead will deliver face to face and online training to professionals from a range of different partner agencies. Helping to increase awareness around substances and delivering the harm reduction messages. Although this post will be covering the entirety of Lancashire, you will be based at one of our Lancashire offices (Burnley, Preston or Lancaster) This position is offered on a full time, fixed term basis, until 31st March 2027.
