Our team based at HMP North Sea Camp is looking for a Team Leader - if you are enthusiastic, creative and passionate about helping others, we'd love to hear from you. As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year. Our Team Leaders play a vital role in our services, including: Supporting the management team in the delivery of the contracted service, leading on an area of specialism Positively promoting the service and WithYou to external stakeholders Managing the staff within the service to ensure that they are well informed, inspired and engaged with WithYou's strategic objectives This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities and intervention delivery. It is essential you are able to develop open working relationships to ensure staff operate in line with our values and work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partner organisations. This position is offered on a full time, fixed term basis to cover maternity leave, until June 2027. The hours for this post are 37.5 hour
