Main duties of the job
Our Psychologists are an integral part of our team. Your role is to grow and support the team's ability to respond effectively to individuals' past trauma, to also help build motivation and develop resources to assist people to change the way they think, feel and behave. As part of your role, you will hold a specialist caseload of service users with co-existing substance use and mental health needs, including trauma. This is a permanent, part time role, working 22.5 hours per week, with exact days of work to be agreed with the service and your line manager. Hybrid working can be discussed. We offer a starting salary of £41,818, pro rata.
