Main duties of the job

This is a permanent and full time role, working 37.5 hours per week - this may include some evenings and Saturdays on occasion. The role needs some flexibility to carry out initial contact with clients who are referred into the service, as we receive some referrals from people who are unavailable during normal office hours. As an Access and Engagement Worker, we offer a starting salary of £25,000, rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, to £30,000 per year.
