Main duties of the job

The postholder will report into the Head of Shared Services, with responsibility for delivering all People related processes, workflows and administration, as well as contributing to the smooth day to day delivery of the team. The role will include responding to queries via our Helpdesk, directing colleagues to appropriate resources and providing support to hiring managers and candidates throughout the onboarding process. This is a varied role, liaising with all levels of the business, with exposure to many different People related tasks.

As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year.
