Main duties of the job
We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Advisor to join the team. As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service throughout the recruitment cycle to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a timely and cost-effective recruitment process. You will be a regional recruitment expert, working hand in hand with your hiring managers to ascertain hiring needs, determining the best course of action to devise and deliver effective recruitment campaigns and build meaningful and long-lasting working relationships.
We are a proactive team, so you will need to be confident in seeking out new ways of working - including sourcing new advertising methods, contributing to ways we can improve our recruitment processes and undertaking market research, to ensure that we are providing a best in class service. This is a full time and permanent home-based role, with a salary of £30,000 per annum.
