Job summary

This role is for someone who wants to remain actively involved in frontline practice and will also lead the development and implementation of best practices across all WithYou services, bridging the gap between front-line experiences and management.

Main duties of the job

You'll work alongside the Director of Nursing and Safeguarding to lead our strategic approach to safeguarding, strengthening our safeguarding culture, ensuring consistent national standards and championing best practice that protects vulnerable people and supports recovery. Working with leaders, partners, and frontline teams, you will drive improvements that embed a safeguarding-first approach at every level of the organisation.
