About the Role
You'll be an experienced, qualified High Intensity Therapist ideally with BABCP accreditation (or willing to complete within 6 months) and who likes working as part of a supportive team to help clients who struggle with common mental health problems such as anxiety and/or depression. You will assess clients for suitability for psychological interventions and formulate and evaluate their therapy programmes.
To support you in your role you will receive weekly 1:1 clinical supervision, 4 weekly group supervision, 4 weekly reflective practice and monthly line management.
