Job summary

WithYou are recruiting for an Organisational Planning and Risk Manager, to join us as a key member of our Finance and Resources directorate. We're looking to hear from individuals who will champion the importance of robust data and foresight and lead WithYou's strategic planning cycle, embedding a culture of performance, prioritisation and risk-informed decision-making across the organisation.

Main duties of the job

The postholder will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring that resources are aligned to strategic priorities. You will support the development of a clear performance framework and take ownership of the organisation-wide risk management approach. The role will foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of strategic goals and performance outcomes to promote transparency and collaboration and will ultimately move the organisation to support an outcomes focused model, supporting those we support to achieve their goals. Other priorities include: Implementing data governance and improving data quality by executing a Master Data Management (MDM) strategy with the Director of Strategy and Performance, ensuring integrity and accuracy across WithYou Translating strategic goals into clear, measurable OKRs or KPIs that cascade across the organisation Designing and embedding a performance framework that enables leadership to track impact, delivery, and improvement, ensuring that the Board and Executive team have access to timely, meaningful performance information and dashboards Working closely with internal audit, governance and assurance colleagues to align risk and compliance activities
