Job summary

Main duties of the job

The main responsibilities of this role will include: Scheduling and preparing documentation (agendas, action logs) and presentations for the CEO and Executive Team for management meetings within the organisation Supporting the Executive team in the delivery of projects, taking charge of your own project action lists and reporting back to relevant senior management Coordinating travel and accommodation across the UK Managing email inboxes and respond to messages as required Ensuring all meetings managed as part of your remit are minuted in line with internal and external governance requirements, maintaining appropriate records and following up on the delivery of actions in a timely manner Adapting and improving administrative processes in order to enhance the agility of the organisation Anticipating requirements and proactively gather information to support the CEO and Executive team in carrying out their responsibilities Carry out office management tasks for the London office, to include review and distribution (electronically) of the post, stationery orders and other supplies

About the Role As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level, proactive administrative and organisational support to the CEO and the wider Executive team, anticipating needs, managing key administrative processes and enhancing the effectiveness of senior leaders by enabling them to focus on strategic priorities. Your administrative, organisational and communication skills will support our Executive team to deliver on WithYou's mission and strategic objectives and you will undertake all tasks with the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality and reliability. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week in our office in Farringdon, London. This is the ideal role for someone who loves to organise, wants a challenge and likes to stay busy! You'll be working with a supportive, service-focused team, who will welcome your expertise and enthusiasm for getting things done. There is a requirement for the post holder to work from our Farringdon office 2 days a week. Benefits
