Job summary

This position is based at our Richmond drug and alcohol service, With You is part of a consortium with SLaM NHS Trust, St Mungos and CDARS.

Main duties of the job

You will be part of our administrative support team, providing an all-round administration and reception service including secretarial and data related tasks. You will also provide clinical administrative support and have a role to play in ensuring the security and health & safety of everyone who comes into the service. It's a very busy service as we have many clients to support so a smooth-running administrative team is crucial to us achieving our aims each and every day. There's great variety in this role ranging from greeting clients, minuting meetings, maintaining our data quality to processing assessments and providing clinical administrative support.

Our team in Richmond are seeking an experienced Administrator, to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service. As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year.

The Richmond drug and alcohol service is based in Twickenham, not far from the river and the high street and less than a ten-minute walk from Twickenham train station. This is a full time, permanent position with a salary of £28,570 - £29,000 per annum (this is inclusive of an Inner London Weighting payment of £4,000 per annum).
