Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader with a can-do attitude. The Team Leader will lead our brilliant team who support our clients experiencing challenges with drugs or alcohol. The successful applicant will have a good understanding of the issues for those who struggle with substance misuses and the best ways we are able to support our clients.

Main duties of the job

Managing and developing your team to reach its full potential will be key to your success and will be your passion. You will motivate your team to deliver exceptional services to those we support and will have the ability to connect quickly with both staff and clients, treating them respectfully and with dignity. This is a busy team, with multiple priorities ongoing, so it's important that you are highly organised and able to manage your time effectively. You and your team will be responsible for delivering against targets, always ensuring the service is complying with all of the necessary requirements that arise from working in a social care setting. There'll be data analysis and administration tasks to deal with too, but that's all part of this busy and varied job that you take in your stride.

Our team in Wigan & Leigh are recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join our excellent team in providing high quality recovery care to a diverse client group.
