Job summary

WithYou are recruiting for an experienced Technology leader, to join us in this newly created role, as a key member of our Finance and Resources directorate.

Main duties of the job

The postholder will be responsible for leading, shaping and delivering With You's future technology strategy, creating a blueprint for a scalable, future-proofed architecture and embedding robust, but pragmatic governance. You will design an enterprise architecture roadmap that is scalable, secure and adaptive to changing organisational needs, whilst ensuring technology decisions support service delivery, data-driven operations and long-term cost efficiency. Other priorities include: Reviewing all existing IT policies and processes Embedding frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Lead platform rationalisation initiatives to reduce cost and complexity Oversee the consolidation of our IT environment, supporting migration towards a unified operating ecosystem

We are looking for a collaborative and innovative individual, who will design and enable a future-fit technology function that supports business delivery and transformation. This is a full time, fixed term contract for 12 months, working predominantly from home.
