Job summary

WithYou Cornwall is a large integrated drug and alcohol service working with some of Cornwall's most excluded and disadvantaged people. Successful candidates will work as part of the Criminal Justice Liaison Team based in Truro, alongside in-house services which include prescribing and clinical, outreach, hospital and adult community and a residential rehabilitation facility.

Main duties of the job

As a member of our team you will be supporting people who access the service for help with their drug or alcohol use. This exciting role will also continue to allow us to improve the work we have already developed around supporting clients within the criminal justice system. The role will include covering the courts, prisons and custody suites on a regular basis; working with people awarded a community sentence where mental health, drugs and/or alcohol have been identified; work closely and collaborate with partner agencies to manage these orders; work directly with individuals released from prison and support multi-agency plans around them.
