Our Mind and Body Service is Faversham is seeking an Administrative Assistant, to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service.

Main duties of the job

As part of this role, you will: Answer phone calls from families, young people and professionals Process referrals Schedule appointments Send letters Update database records Take minutes for team meeting

Job responsibilities

Do you pride yourself on great organisation skills, with an eye for detail and a methodical 'can do' attitude? If yes, then we would love to hear from you. Please note that the closing date is 25th June 2025 however we close early should sufficient applications be received, so early application is advised. Mind and Body is an early intervention programme supporting 13-25 year olds around self-harming and risk taking behaviours, in order to help them achieve positive outcomes. This is a part-time, fixed term role, until March 2026. You will be expected to work 22.5 hours a week between the hours of 9am - 5pm.     • Should you be successful in your application, you will be required to provide 3 years worth of references and where applicable, will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
